Revised 10 September 2026

Privacy

What happens to what you send us, in the order you are likely to want it. Every claim here is something the code on this site actually does.

1. Who this is about

This policy covers Intertech Solutions, the website you are reading and the enquiry forms on it. We operate from Novi Sad, Serbia, and you can reach us at main@intertech.solutions.

It does not cover work we do inside a client's own systems under a contract. There we are a processor acting on that client's instructions, and their policy applies, not ours.

2. What we collect

When you send an enquiry: your name, your email address, and, if you fill those fields in, your company and your phone number, along with the text you write. Name and email are the only two the form requires; a phone number is asked for because these conversations usually end up on a call, and leaving it blank changes nothing about how we reply. Nothing on the form is collected that you cannot see on the form.

When we write to you first and you have not written to us: your business email address and company name came from publicly available sources, such as the company's own website, a public register, or a business directory. We will tell you exactly which if you ask. We do not buy lists, and we do not use services that assemble profiles of individuals.

Alongside it we record which page you sent it from, the page you first arrived on, the referring site your browser discloses, and any campaign markers in the link you followed (the utm_ parameters, and the click identifiers that advertising systems add). This exists so we can tell which message or channel a conversation started from. It says nothing about you personally.

We do not ask for and do not want special categories of data: health, beliefs, biometrics or anything of that kind. Please do not put them in the message field.

3. Why we have it, and on what basis

To answer you. The whole purpose is to read what you sent, write back, and carry on the conversation you started.

The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to someone who contacted us about our work, and, once we are discussing an engagement, the steps taken at your request before a contract. We do not rely on consent for this, because you supplying an address in order to be replied to does not need any.

When we write to you first, the basis is our legitimate interest in offering the service to a company whose line of business makes it relevant. You can object in one sentence, or by using the unsubscribe link at the foot of the message. After that we do not contact you again, and your address stays only on the list of addresses not to write to. We keep no other mailing list.

We do not pass your details to advertising systems, and we do not sell or rent them.

4. Who else sees it

The form posts to Formspree, a form-handling service in the United States, which forwards the message to our email and keeps a copy in its own dashboard. Formspree is our processor. It handles the data to deliver it to us and for nothing else.

That means an enquiry sent from the English pages is transferred to the United States. If you would rather it did not leave your own jurisdiction, write to us directly at the address at the bottom of this page instead of using the form. Plain email reaches the same people.

Our email is a mailbox at a mainstream provider, so your message rests there the way any correspondence does.

Beyond that, nobody. No data broker, no enrichment service, no CRM that resells what it holds.

5. Analytics

This site currently runs no web analytics: no Google Analytics, no advertising or remarketing tags, no visitor profiling. Nothing measures your visit beyond the ordinary request logs any web server keeps.

If that changes, this section changes with it and the revision date at the top of the page moves.

6. What is stored in your browser

The site itself sets no tracking cookies. Three things are kept locally, and all three stay on your device:

A copy of each enquiry you send, up to the last fifty, so that a send which fails does not lose the text you wrote. The time of your most recent submission, so the form can ask you to wait a minute before sending again. And your light or dark theme preference. Clearing site data in your browser removes all of it.

Campaign markers from the link you arrived on are held for the length of the browser session and disappear when you close the tab.

7. How long we keep it

An enquiry that does not become a conversation is deleted within a year. One that does becomes part of the project correspondence and is kept while the work is live and for as long afterwards as we need it for our records, and no longer than we can justify.

You can ask us to delete it sooner, and we will.

8. Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it at all. One email is enough, and we do not require a particular form of words.

We answer within thirty days. There is no charge, and we will not make it difficult.

If you are in the EU or the UK and you think we have handled this badly, you are entitled to complain to your national data protection authority. We would rather you told us first, but that is your right and not conditional on it.

9. Children

This is a site about business software, addressed to people buying it. We do not knowingly collect anything from children, and if we learn that we have, we delete it.

10. Changes, and how to reach us

When this policy changes, the revision date at the top of the page changes with it. There is no archive of previous versions; what is published here is what applies.

Anything at all about your data: main@intertech.solutions. A person reads it.
