Deep scientific content, many practical examples and demonstrations
- Spiking neural networks can be 6–8 orders of magnitude more energy efficient than classical ANNs
- Neurotransmitters (serotonin, dopamine, norepinephrine) are critical for learning, memory, and decision-making
- Memristors are a promising hardware basis for implementing bio-like synapses (organic ± 1 year of stability, inorganic — more stable)
